崗位職責：

  1. 生產(chǎn)問題處理：處理產(chǎn)線工藝問題、物料驗證、工裝夾具保養(yǎng)、工時統(tǒng)計、人員培訓等工作，配合生產(chǎn)部生產(chǎn)過程中的問題處理進度，防止產(chǎn)線問題解決滯后，影響訂單交付；
  2. 產(chǎn)線文件更新：完成所負責區(qū)域生產(chǎn)過程控制的相關(guān)SOP、SPC及異常處理規(guī)定的修訂，監(jiān)控SPC過程并能夠及時異常處理；
  3. 量產(chǎn)問題解決：完成所區(qū)域標準品的RMA分析與報告，按規(guī)定時間給出RMA分析結(jié)果，及時對產(chǎn)品實施遏制措施和預(yù)防措施，防止再次發(fā)生；
  4. 自動化及新項目：在輔導(dǎo)下完成新項目評審，以量產(chǎn)思維指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計及規(guī)劃量產(chǎn)工藝路線，報價等工作，完成項目目標及轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)；在輔導(dǎo)下完成自動化方案技術(shù)要求編寫，制定導(dǎo)入計劃及措施，推進自動化項目的導(dǎo)入，達成持續(xù)改進在制造過程的落地；
  5. 精益生產(chǎn)及持續(xù)改進：進行工藝布局優(yōu)化，針對效率提升不斷進行工藝布局改進和優(yōu)化提升生產(chǎn)效率；完成年度效率提升項目，利用自動化，IE及精益化改善工具，不斷縮短工時與生產(chǎn)周期，與生產(chǎn)部，事業(yè)部等開展效率提升與流程優(yōu)化活動；完成所負責區(qū)域產(chǎn)品的降成本目標（包含良率，工時，原材料成本等）。

任職要求：

  1. 學歷與專業(yè)：本科及以上學歷，半導(dǎo)體物理/光學/微電子/光電子/機械/材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
  2. 核心能力：具有較好的邏輯思維能力、數(shù)學思維能力、學習溝通能力及承壓能力；
  3. 職業(yè)素養(yǎng)：具備良好團隊協(xié)作意識、對工作負責，積極主動，結(jié)果導(dǎo)向，具備實戰(zhàn)精神；
  4. 工具與語言：熟練運用OFFICE辦公軟件；具備較好英文溝通能力、英文讀寫能力。

加分項：

  1. 光電設(shè)計大賽、物理實驗競賽等經(jīng)歷，制作過實物作品；
  2. 知名企業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造相關(guān)的實習經(jīng)歷；
  3. 對于Minitab、Zemax、Labview等工程或光學領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)技術(shù)軟件實操能力。
