崗位職責(zé)：

  1. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)性物資、非生產(chǎn)性物資及服務(wù)（MRO、IT設(shè)備、設(shè)施維護(hù)、物流服務(wù)等）的采購(gòu)全流程管理，包括供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、詢價(jià)、比價(jià)、合同談判及訂單執(zhí)行、貨物驗(yàn)收、安排應(yīng)付賬款等工作；
  2. 主導(dǎo)優(yōu)化采購(gòu)成本，確保供應(yīng)商交付質(zhì)量與時(shí)效；
  3. 與計(jì)劃、工程、研發(fā)、財(cái)務(wù)、IT、工程、行政等部門協(xié)作，制定符合業(yè)務(wù)需求的采購(gòu)策略；
  4. 監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商績(jī)效，管理合同履行，確保符合公司合規(guī)要求；
  5. 持續(xù)優(yōu)化采購(gòu)流程，推動(dòng)降本增效，完善采購(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)分析與報(bào)告；
  6. 熟悉合同管理相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，確保采購(gòu)活動(dòng)符合法律法規(guī)要求及公司商業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

任職要求：

  1. 學(xué)歷與專業(yè)：本科及以上學(xué)歷，國(guó)際貿(mào)易，英語(yǔ)/或其他語(yǔ)言專業(yè)，供應(yīng)鏈管理、工商管理、光學(xué)或工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
  2. 語(yǔ)言能力：英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫熟練，能獨(dú)立與海外同事溝通、與海外供應(yīng)商溝通及談判；
  3. 核心能力：了解成本分析、合同談判，具備較強(qiáng)的跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力；
  4. 工具技能：了解ERP系統(tǒng)（如SAP）及Excel（數(shù)據(jù)透視表、函數(shù)等）；
  5. 出差適配：可以短期在國(guó)內(nèi)外出差；
  6. 個(gè)人素養(yǎng)：陽(yáng)光開朗，誠(chéng)信，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)。

加分項(xiàng)：

  1. 有采購(gòu)CPPM采購(gòu)認(rèn)證優(yōu)先考慮；
  2. 法語(yǔ)熟練；
  3. 德語(yǔ)熟練。
