崗位職責(zé)：

  1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司日常費用報銷審核、賬務(wù)處理及憑證管理；
  2. 負(fù)責(zé)往來款項（應(yīng)收/應(yīng)付）的核對與核算，定期進(jìn)行賬齡分析；
  3. 協(xié)助完成固定資產(chǎn)的盤點、折舊計提及賬務(wù)處理；
  4. 參與存貨的核算與成本管理，協(xié)助完成成本差異分析；
  5. 編制各類內(nèi)部管理報表，協(xié)助完成月度、季度及年度的結(jié)賬工作；
  6. 配合內(nèi)外部審計工作，提供所需財務(wù)資料；
  7. 根據(jù)輪崗安排，逐步接觸海外業(yè)務(wù)的會計核算及外幣報表折算等工作。

任職要求：

  1. 學(xué)歷與專業(yè)：本科及以上學(xué)歷，會計學(xué)、財務(wù)管理、審計學(xué)、ACCA方向班、CIMA方向班等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
  2. 專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)：熟悉國家會計準(zhǔn)則及相關(guān)財稅法規(guī)，具備扎實的會計基礎(chǔ)知識；
  3. 視野素養(yǎng)：具備國際化視野，掌握國際會計準(zhǔn)則并樂意進(jìn)行跨主體跨部門業(yè)務(wù)溝通；
  4. 軟件技能：掌握SAP主流財務(wù)軟件（如有實操經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先），掌握AI，EXCEL等財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)處理技能，能高效開展財務(wù)工作；
  5. 學(xué)習(xí)能力：具備快速學(xué)習(xí)的能力，愿意在不同模塊間輪崗；
  6. 職業(yè)規(guī)劃：有志于在制造業(yè)財務(wù)領(lǐng)域長期發(fā)展。

加分項：

  1. 持有會計專業(yè)技術(shù)資格證，或已通過CPA（注冊會計師）單科或多科考試者優(yōu)先；
  2. 英語六級（CET-6） 及以上，或具備同等水平的托福、雅思成績，具備良好的讀寫能力，能夠閱讀英文財務(wù)報表、國際會計準(zhǔn)則（IFRS/US GAAP）相關(guān)資料；
  3. 掌握德語或者法語能力者優(yōu)先。
